METHOD

1 . How does the shape of an object affect its ability to float .
Equipment : large bowl with water , a small ball and large ball with the same weight , two balls with different weights , a small slate and large slate with the same weight , two pieces of slate with the same weight .
Method
1. Obtain all the equipment .
2. Pour water into the bowl .
3. Place each of the objects one by one .
4. Determine whether the object floats or not .
5. Record the observation .

2. what type of washing detergent is best at removing stains .
Equipment : 500mL of water , 4 containers on the same size and quantity , 4 pieces of cloth of the same size and absorbance , 4 different types of detergents - Omo , Vanish , radiant , dynamo , dirt .
Method
1. Obtain all the equipment required .
2. Put the same amount of dirt on each piece of cloth .
3. Pour 500ml of water into each of the containers .
4. Add a teaspoon of washing detergent into the water .
5. Place the cloth into the containers .
6. Leave the cloth in for a day .
7. Record the amount of dirt still on the cloth .
8. Repeat steps 2-6 several times .
